I have some blog questions for you.
Do you have your own domain? Did you do it through blogger? Is there something better than blogger that I should be using? Wordpress? I don't even know what questions to ask about this. I want to get my blog organized, cleaned up and running properly. I would love to figure out why some people can't comment. And I need to fix my google analytics.
I also want a REAL name for my blog.. not just mrs.mfc. That is a fine name for me- but not for the blog. So the hard part- what in the world do I want my blog to be named? I certainly need to figure it out before I can move forward with buying a domain. Do you have any ideas for creative names for my blog? It is definitely going to stay like it is now- my personal blog. Talking about my day to day life, our family, our home, shopping, crafts- you know the type. More of the same, but definitely changing because I'm going through major life changes as we're getting ready to add a baby to the mix. The only ideas I could come up with was something like Creating Our Forever, or Building our ______, or .... I don't know. No creative juices. Can't think. Help me!! Anything?

After putting it off, I recently bought my domain name (www.mysuburbanutopia.com)...and I don't know why I waited so long! It was $10 for one year, and blogger forwards the blogspot address to my new one. I burn a feed with Feedburner so as not to lose any followers. One of the other blogs I write for is a WordPress blog, and I definitely think it's a better service with more options. My next big blog decision is whether or not to transfer to WP. I'd love to, I'm just afraid of the hassle!
People were having trouble commenting on my blog, too, so I switched from having an embedded form (like what you've got) to a separate full page. You can change it from your dashboard (go to Settings, then to Comments).
Ooh! You're changin' things up :-D I got my own domain through Blogger/GoDaddy. It's a super easy process. I don't have any problems with Blogger, and wouldn't know if WP is better.
As far as names? Not sure! I'm kinda bad at that creative stuff too. If I were to change my name, I might turn to some of my favorite lyrics/songs. I love music so much that it would be a good reflection.
Its super easy to get your own domain through blogger! I'm not creative enough to help you come up with a new name though! =/
